The webinar series was developed as part of the joint Erasmus+ project "From Okay to Slay – Pathways to High-Quality International Youth Projects", implemented in collaboration with members of the "Platform Network", a network of youth organizations from all over Europe. The project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, aimed to strengthen the quality, impact, and sustainability of international youth work by bringing together experienced practitioners and organizations from across Europe.
The series consists of five webinars designed to share knowledge, practical tools, and inspiring examples for youth workers and project coordinators engaged in international youth projects. The webinars cover key topics in contemporary youth work, including Youth Participation, Youth Leadership, Mental Health, Youth Exchanges, and The Power of Automation.
By exploring these themes, participants can gain valuable insights, exchange experiences with peers, and discover practical approaches to enhancing the quality and impact of their youth projects.
Webinar - Youth Leadership:
This webinar focuses on the qualification and professional development of youth leaders. It explores roles, responsibilities, team structures, and key competencies needed in youth projects, as well as concrete methods for reflection, evaluation, and quality assurance in youth work.
